Our Story

High Tier Automotive, proudly serving Beaver Dam, WI, is the result of one man’s hard work, determination, and belief that a trustworthy auto shop should always put its community first. Owner Derek opened his very first “super small” shop in Randolph back in 2012. It was humble, tight, and built on long hours and pure dedication. As word spread and the customer base grew, it became clear that he needed more space to keep up with the demand. In 2017, Derek moved High Tier Automotive to its now-permanent home on N Spring Street in Beaver Dam—a location designed for growth, efficiency, and long-term service to the community.

Today, High Tier Automotive is powered by a tight-knit team of four skilled technicians alongside Derek himself. With more than 60 years of combined automotive experience, the crew brings a rare blend of knowledge, precision, and pride to every repair. What started as a small-town dream has grown into one of the most trusted full-service automotive shops in the area—yet the heart of the business hasn’t changed. Highly recommend!
