Our Story
High Tier Automotive, proudly serving Beaver Dam, WI, is the result of one man’s hard work, determination, and belief that a trustworthy auto shop should always put its community first. Owner Derek opened his very first “super small” shop in Randolph back in 2012. It was humble, tight, and built on long hours and pure dedication. As word spread and the customer base grew, it became clear that he needed more space to keep up with the demand. In 2017, Derek moved High Tier Automotive to its now-permanent home on N Spring Street in Beaver Dam—a location designed for growth, efficiency, and long-term service to the community.
Today, High Tier Automotive is powered by a tight-knit team of four skilled technicians alongside Derek himself. With more than 60 years of combined automotive experience, the crew brings a rare blend of knowledge, precision, and pride to every repair. I was traveling on vacation pulling my boat when my vehicle started running poorly and my check engine light started flashing. I pulled off the highway and found the nearest repair shop which turned out to be High Tier Automotive in Beaver Dam, WI. Even though it was twenty minutes before they closed, they worked late to diagnose and fix the problem so that I could continue on my trip. I did not have any problems with my vehicle the rest of my trip. I would take all my vehicle repair and maintenance needs to this shop if I lived closer.

I pulled off the highway and found the nearest repair shop I could find, which ended up to be High Tier Automotive in Beaver Dam, WI. Even though it was about twenty minutes before their closing time, they diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and worked late to fix it. They got me back on the road that day and I did not have any vehicle troubles after that. I found them to be very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle and very helpful to get me back on the road at a reasonable cost. I cant say enough good about this place. They went above and beyond to help me out of a situation. If I lived closer to this shop, I would take all my vehicle repair and maintenance business here.
