Our Story
High Tier Automotive, proudly serving Beaver Dam, WI, is the result of one man’s hard work, determination, and belief that a trustworthy auto shop should always put its community first. Owner Derek opened his very first “super small” shop in Randolph back in 2012. It was humble, tight, and built on long hours and pure dedication. As word spread and the customer base grew, it became clear that he needed more space to keep up with the demand. In 2017, Derek moved High Tier Automotive to its now-permanent home on N Spring Street in Beaver Dam—a location designed for growth, efficiency, and long-term service to the community.
Today, High Tier Automotive is powered by a tight-knit team of four skilled technicians alongside Derek himself. With more than 60 years of combined automotive experience, the crew brings a rare blend of knowledge, precision, and pride to every repair. What started as a small-town dream has grown into one of the most trusted full-service automotive shops in the area—yet the heart of the business hasn’t changed. Very pleased for a first time customer!!! High Tier Automative did an excellent job! My vehicle was getting really loud and made sudden weird noises when my brakes went out. Got somebody to help and look at my car. It was weird when the brakes came back working again but the guy who helped me said I definitely need to take it to a mechanic to change its brake pads. Took my car to Riverside that my friend had recommended, but they said they couldn't get to look at it until after a week since they are fully booked and wouldn't be able to fix it right away because they would have to order parts for it. So I made phone calls and found High Tier Automative.. Big thanks to Derek! replaced center muffler, front and rear brake pads/ rotors, and installed caliper pin boots. They did a phenomenal job on my car. I am incredibly impressed! Great customer service. Love this company, and I love Derek's dog too. (Your adorable dog is your lucky charm) Highly recommend their expeditious and professional work on any future car repair!!!
